Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@velvetritual.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
